World War One; military ceremony. Flags of H.M.S. Kent deposited in Canterbury Cathedral; after the ship was lost in the battle at the Falkland islands; December 1914. Shot looking down at soldiers lined up outside the cathedral; with line of others filing past. More people walking; first about 12 guys in various elaborate uniforms/costumes; admirals; etc. Then lines of navy guys walk; carrying Union Jack on pole in front; and two rows carrying between them a long strip of fabric (really long flag? or flags sewn together?); slow pan on the flag bearers as they enter the cathedral.
