| Description: | Master 60 Part 2 Same as catalog # 527603 BEAUTY CONTESTS Hawaii. Opens with title "Flowers and Femmes Fill Ships Pool," over shot of cruise liner right off Hawaiian island shore. Switch to ship's deck, where two of the ship's officers are surrounded by island natives. They are gathered around the pool on deck. The officers--Capt. Frank Johnson among them--stand underneath the deck balcony and below a life preserver. Panning closer to the crew, an aloha girl kisses the captain. Up to the balcony, the preserver reads SS Lurline/San Francisco. The aloha girls toss orchids into the pool. Pan of the cheering crowd on the balcony and foredeck. Five aloha girls are seen swimming in the pool, the water strewn with orchids. Concludes with orchid girls forming swimming circle around orchid bedecked figure in center. | |
