High angle shot of a model railway. A strange space age style vehicle is placed on the track - very rounded shape with a bullet shaped front. "Bodies and tracks may vary, but they all rely on propellers for tractive effort and speeds of 150 miles an hour are prophesied." A man pushes a strange vehicle along the track - it is a cross between a plane and a train - very weird and pretty comical.
