Military band leads procession. Large flower decorated horse drawn vehicles are part of the parade. The coffin passes by. It is carried on a horse drawn gun carriage and is draped in the French flag, the tricolor. The soldiers in the foreground lower their swords as the carriage passes. Various dignitaries walk alongside and behind the coffin. They are followe by soldiers who carry what appear to be Monsieur Andre Maginot's decorations and medals. Next in the procession comes a group of men all carrying flags. Rear shot of the procession moving towards a building silhouetted against the sky. It could be Les Invalides. Man on a podium (possibly Pierre Laval) makes a speech in French about Maginot, Minster of War. Large parade of troops, in the foreground are a military band. High angle shot of troops marching.
