| Description: | At Fort Bragg, North Carolina, the US Army parachute team, "The Golden Knights,” put the new Rogallo "Flexwing" parachute through some fancy paces. Spectacular free-fall maneuvers test the 'chute for future military or civilian use. Standing in back of a single engine US Army plane taking off. CUS - Inside the plane, the door is open and there stands an Army skydiver. He jumps out of the plane backwards while looking at the camera. Air to Air - Shot of the Army skydiver free falling, moving his arms as he spins his body "slowly" around. CUS - Bringing in his legs in a bit and moving both arms forward as he does a summersault (somersault) while free falling, He spins one way and does a reverse spin. CUS - Moving his arms and legs into another position. He manages to do a backwards summer sault. Low Angle Shot - The skydiver slowly descends with his new 'Flexwing' opened. It's a very standard type of chute used by today's jumpers. His landing is on-spot perfect. | |
