M/S of Duke of York (Prince Albert) and Duchess of York (Lady Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon) getting into waiting car outside hotel. They shake hands with cloaked man as they pass him. An unidentified man and woman (Empire Prime Minister and wife?) get into another waiting car. Prime minister of South Africa is General J. B. M. Hertzog, Prime Minister of New Zealand is J. G.
