| Description: | Commanders Charles Conrad and Richard Gordon surpass all of America's previous space exploration flights with a three-day journey which embraces seven man-in-space records. Among them: First orbit docking, altitude records of 850 miles, and on-board computer navigation assistance. A bull’s-eye splashdown caps it off! Establishing shot - Astronaut Charles Conrad on the left and Richard Gordon leaving Cape Kennedy living quarters on their way to suit up for their space flight. MS - Astronaut Conrad getting some assistance suiting up. ECU - Charles Conrad putting on his helmet. MS - Astronauts outfitted and ready to go getting into a NASA truck.
