Several students drive along slowly in Automobile decorated w/ ribbons & papier-mache flowers; one clown stands up in car holding up a tall pole w/ other decorations hanging from it. Large crowd of young people in costumes follow the car; laughing. Closer shot of the revelers walking by en masse; some start waving at camera.
