German Labour Rally at Nuremberg ( the Nazis took away all rights of workers and gave them big rallies instead.) GVs of a large group of marchers drilling on field . Closer shot of rows of shirtless men drill using little shovels in place of rifles. GV crowd, with row of swastika flags flying on tall poles. The shovel brigade again. MCU some spectators (VIPs? poss. Dr. Schacht?). 2 groups of Hitler Youth with flags march toward and through each other (columns weaving ) in front of reviewing stand. High angle from behind reviewing stand where Hitler & 2 others stand giving Nazi salute to the Hitler Youth. GVs of the spectacle: huge crowd of spectators in stands and rows and rows of workers and /or soldiers on the field watch as the columns of Hitler Youth march round the perimeter and up the wide staircase at one end, finally filling the stairs. Then Hitler standing in open car driving down aisle through crowd a sea of faces and outstretched arms. | |
