Front of girder moves to rt; trying to make it round a corner. Steering this thing can't be easy. CU as it passes by on left. GV looking from side of river: a bridge was once there; now only pedestrian walkway on part of it - bridge destroyed. Pan left showing this girder now s tretching across cement supports in river; to become part of new bridge. Pan on across river - more of the girders; etc. Engineering.
