Paris, France MLS young woman in lingerie sits in boudoir, rolling up her stocking and doing something with wires. MCU the woman is attaching radio to her garter; she connects wires. Back to MLS: she's doing something else with wires. MCU now dressed in a little jacket, the girl ties ribbon around her head, holding earphone in place. MLS woman straightens hat over the ribbon/earphone, She then picks up umbrella, small handbag, and leaves the room. LS the woman now in park with Eiffel Tower in BG; she moves a straight backed chair onto path, sits down & crosses her legs. MS side view of the girl sitting in the park; she makes some adjustments to her wiring- -turning on her earphones I guess- -then she raises the umbrella and attaches a wire to IT too! Title (in French) informs us that the umbrella serves as an aerial antenna. CU woman attaching wire to umbrella handle. CU woman touches her hat, touches earphone. MS she sits in park listening to radio; pulls up the hem of her skirt and does something to the garter radio. CU woman adjusting something on radio. MS she pulls skirt back down. View from Eiffel Tower, looking down at buildings, park. 3 wires with odd-shaped things strung on them hang in FG. - must be something to do with transmitting / broadcasting radio signal.
