MCUS - In the third round Frank is really pounding on Earl. MCUS - Finally the referee breaks up the fight. MCUS - The referee is helping Earl to exit the ring but he can barely stand up. CUS - Boxing fans, mostly men, applauding. MCUS - A couple of heavy weights, Al Hudson and Jay Guggons . CUS - Boxing fans, one woman. MCUS - Al Hudson knocks down Jay Guggons and Al is the winner.
