Several old style Victorian Bathing huts on wheels - used for changing in before going into the water - are dragged away by a group of men. The Mayor, accompanied by another man and two women, sets fire to some wood on the ground. They are standing in the middle of several bathing machines. Night shots of the bathing huts on wheels as the flames catch hold. A crowd, including many children, has come out to watch the burning. L/S as the flames rise into the night sky.
