Horses that will enter the Grand National are exercised on the Downs near Worthing. Worthing, West Sussex. Opens with groom leading horse, Terresian, out of old brick stable building. CU Horse, pull back; groom leads horse off. Another horse, Bassnet, is led out. CU trainer, Captain Price, old man in plaid jacket & cap. He turns to watch. Pan horse, Peccard, walking out of stable. Pan on line of horses with riders walking out; past hedge. Horses being exercised on the downs. A bunch of horses with riders in field; walking around in a large circle: front view; then rear; front again. Horses canter; gallop along side of long straight fence. | |
