A man drives through on a machine which picks up the grass, it is taken to a shed where it goes up a conveyor belt to a revolving drum where the moisture is dried out, the drum is heated by a coke furnace. It is then blown up a chute to cyclone and shot into container which breaks it up. It then goes to the mill where it is ground into powder and caught in bags.
