| Description: | Great "Maori" demonstration by Queen's University students in honour of Mr Massey's (Premier of New Zealand) visit to Belfast. Northern Ireland. M/S of students dressed as Maori's, they throw two men dressed as hunters onto the ground, one is picked up and prodded. He is put in a big cooking pot, M/S of them ladling liquid out of the pot into a jar. M/S of Maori's running about with their shields and spears, various shots as they perform a tribal dance. M/S as they back away suddenly and cower. M/S as they cheer Mr Massey who stands up and bows, he is dressed in academic robes and mortar board. C/U of him giving a speech. (Students appear to think this is a joke. Making fun of the Maori people.) | |
