Harrowing scenes of disaster and privation from Chile and the Philippines where one of the worst tropical storms in many years swept in following the tidal wave. Chilie MS - Heaved up streets and wood plus a statue bust in about 3-feet of mud. MCUS - A roof and no other part of the building. MCUS - Volunteers loading up a plane with survival supplies. CUS - Men carrying the boxes on their shoulders. Aid, relief MLS - People queuing up in line for a survival box. Philippines. The Philippines flooded streets, motor vehicles making their way through the flooded streets. CUS - A school bus and a car make their way through the water towards the camera.
