He is creating a model village. MS Roy England approaching old cottage he touches the thatched roof and proceeds to measure the window. MCS.Mr. England proceeding to measure he writes down the measurement in notebook. CU Ruler being held against the thatch. CU Roy England. CU Notebook as notes are taken. MS Mr. England walks down path of cottage picks up his bike and walks out of picture. MS Mr. England's workshop models of cottages on table in f.g. he walks into picture sits down and pulls model of cottage towards him he picks up tiny stairs and places them on bench. MCU Mr. England picks up steps with pair of tweezers puts them down and proceeds to pick up plate upon which is paint and paintbrush. CU Little stairs being painted. CU Mr. England.
