| Description: | Women workers manufacturing handbags/ purses/pocketbooks. CU worker's hands cutting out a circle of fabric, using blade like an Exacto knife. CU another worker sewing by hand a hem around the edge of the circle, and gathering the fabric together to form a little bag. CU a worker at a sewing machine sewing a small pocket in the lining. She holds it up to camera and inserts a little envelope in the pocket. CU another worker sews the lining into the bag. She takes small circular mirror with a tab attached to it and stitches this tab to inside of bag, shows her work to camera. CU another woman works on the metal frame, covering part with fabric. MCU and another puts frames into the bags using several different tools. She pats the bag into shape, sets it on table before her. Other bags also on table. MCU yet another worker puts a strap on the bag to complete it. MCU several of these small purses, with variations in color, trim, clasps etc., arranged for picture. A different group of bags.
