Shot of 2 legs sticking out of a hole in the ice of a pond; next to a sign "DANGEROUS". Some passers-by bring a ladder & a rope; & get a policeman to help. They lay the ladder across the ice; tie rope to policeman. He walks across ladder; mugging for camera; miming difficulty in keeping his balance. Finally the cop arrives at other end; pulls on legs and lifts them up! They turn out to be dummy's legs; attached to sign that says "Sold Again". Bunch of laughing boys come running on bank & throw snowballs at the policeman. Practical jokes; pranks; slapstick; funny. | |
