| Description: | HEADWORK Performing seals in the circus perform various tricks. United States LS performing seals practice stunts. This takes place in a practice ring containing various seal "toys"; the ring is surrounded by wall with oddly shaped top, looks like square and arch-shaped windows all around wall. Seals spinning balls on their noses, tossing balls to trainer. In most shots there are 2 seals visible though one is doing trick. CU seal bouncing ball off its head. MS seal "catches" ball and throws it back. MLS trainer places unidentified object (maybe a doll or stuffed animal?) on seal's nose. The seal crosses to rt. balancing the thing. MLS seal standing up on its tail trying to get treat held up by trainer. LS trainer tosses a funny cap to seal. It lands on his head over his face and he tosses it up and catches it a few times. LS seal climbs up one side of A-shaped set of double stairs while balancing ball on nose. Then climbs backward down other side. Next the seal climbs the steps while balancing a small ball on top of a stick, as seal starts down other side he "throws away" the pole and catches the ball on his nose. MLS trainer balances another pole on seal's nose, this time with a plate on top. Seal walks over to climb onto a box, but drops the stuff. | |
