The winner strides across the line at a average 8 M.P.H., while a winded observer rides! Male athletes race walking, which of course looks a little funny. Spectators. Little boy follows and does his version of the walk. Several butt shots of man in athletic shorts, walking. Old man apparently stops stopwatch as winner crosses finish line. Winner wears laurel wreath crown.
