Before they can finish two midgets / dwarfs leap out of the box to expose their deception. Clown makes joke with explosion on clown car. CU two children watching the show through the frame of a bed, one white, one African American. Another trick with the clown car. Large audience clapping. More clowning with two men boxing in costume while a massive costumed policeman tries to break it up. More clapping scenes from the hospital patients. The slapstick continues.
