| Description: | MISSING 6/25/2005 Horses in Fancy Dress - Lady Mayoress judges 400 magnificently decorated beasts, competing for £500 prizes. Liverpool, Merseyside. Various shots of hundreds of shire horses being led along the street, past a huge crowd outside Liverpool's town hall (?) and St George's Hall. M/S panning across a line of horses waiting to be judged; they are all covered in flowers, braids, ribbons and decorated head-dresses. Two highly decorated horses are harnessed to a flower-covered cart. M/S of the Lady Mayoress, Margaret Bevan, walking along and judging the horses. M/Ss of the Lady Mayoress standing with the winning horse and it's owner - the poor horse is covered with white flowers - it looks like something out of 'My Fair Lady'. | |
