CU Hands putting powder onto a powder puff. Pan up to show five year old Tina Cheshire powdering her face. MS The two judges inspecting the entrants. CU Ditto. CU Little boy and little girl dressed as a Chinese man and lady. CU Notice held over the face of the child reading 1st prize. Hand removes the notice and reveals the face of Tina Cheshire. the powder puff. MS Competitors in beer barrel race rolling their barrels into position. Girl comes out with a placard and starts to tie it on a competitor. MS Girl ties the tab onto the man who turns round and reveals the name Five Bells. CU Girl tilt down to show the man walking off. CU Two other competitors showing their tabs both of which read Crown one is adjusting the card of the other. LS Competitors lining up with the judge giving them the final once over. Starter walks off. CU Onlookers. CU Starter say On your marks get set go. LS Competitors start to run to their barrels. MS Competitors reach their barrels tip them over and start to roll them. MS Taken from moving vehicle of the competitors racing along the streets rolling their barrels. MS Ditto....one of the competitors appears to lose control of his barrel which runs onto the pavement. MS A competitor takes over barrel during the relay race and races off down the road with it. Competitor loses control and the barrel leaps onto the pavement. Scattering the spectators. MS Another competitor racing down the streets with barrel. MS Another competitor. MS Winning post as the winner rushes in with his barrel. CU Glass of beer filled from jug. Pan quickly up to show the winner having a drink.
