C/U of Evelyn putting stamps into a stamp album. Charla, aged 4, goes to get a book from the book shelves and uses a magnifying glass to look at something. She has a lovely red dress on and red shoes. M/S teenager, Donna Ridge in her bedroom arranging her doll collection. She is wearing a dark full skirted dress with a white fluffy collar. She arranges some souvenirs on the wall from the USA, including a picture of 100 dollar bill, and a pennant flag from Edinburgh. Captain Harold Ridge comes through the loft trap door and goes to the water tank and adjusts a large ball cock and a small pump.
