| Description: | (ON PREVIEW CASSETTE# 98068) This is an early version (workprint) of BHC 018-01, on Master #3. Excellent colors, nice print. Very possibly a major historical corporate film, at least an entry for a corporate film festival. Discussing the Bill of Material Processor, the 1401-1627 Autoplotter, and the 1620 Drafting System, this film has super great early archival computer imagery--in mint condition, although the color has faded quite a bit at this point (1992). A bit like 2001, the people move almost weightlessly among the punch cards and random-access tape discs. Transferred onto a 1" video master several years ago--the transfer has much better color than the original print does at this point. First-prize winner from the Society for Advancement for Management, and the Sales Promotion Executives Association, in 1964. | |
