| Description: | MISSING 4/5/2007 In Royal Gold & Silver. 61 (the King's age) old people receive Royal Maundy gifts from King's Lord High Almoner. Westminster, London. C/U of an elderly man holding a small pouch up to the camera, a crowd of curious people look over his shoulder. C/U of another old man in a bowler hat, he is surrounded by a group of women in their smartest clothes and a couple of smiling policemen. He tips out a small pouch in his hand to show gift from King George V to the camera. M/S of the man surrounded by his family, he laughs (he has no teeth!). M/S of two elderly ladies in their best hats holding their pouches up to the camera, a crowd of people look over their shoulders at the camera. M/S of one of the ladies showing the contents of her pouch to some of the crowd. After a second of spacing, out takes / cuts start at 01:11:27. Some more shots of the elderly folks showing off their special gifts from the King - some nice moments not used in edited version of the fogies and the crowds looking more relaxed and 'off guard'. | |
