Scenes show highlights of the ceremonials and celebrations in the capital as Mr. Kennedy takes office, starting with his smiling reception by Mr. Eisenhower at the White House. Capital as vice-president-elect Lyndon Johnson and Mr. Kennedy are sworn into office. Then, with Mrs. Kennedy looking proudly on, John F. Kennedy delivers his brief but stirring inaugural message. After lunch, the official party moves to the White House to review the thrilling three and a half hour Inaugural parade. Drill teams.
