Various shots of the train travelling along. "Ten miles deep in a world of lurking shadows - " Train approaches the camera with the flares lighting the way and giving off a large amount of smoke. "Discovered in 1213 A.D. these caverns were lost again in the Middle Ages, and found again in 1818." L/S of the crowded train and pedestrians in the caves.
