Sewing stuffing into the cosy, looks like a stuffed bag. She sews the top part of an old doll (head, arms, & a bit of torso w/ fabric round it like top of a low-cut dress) to the "bag". Then puts big skirt over it, sews cloth over doll's shoulders for a shawl, ties a ribbon round the waist w/ big bow in back. MS woman at table pouring tea, w/ her new creation at rt.
