| Description: | It's Rough, Tough, Tumble At the Garmisch ski meet. Ski luminaries take some fancy headers in the downhill event. The course is condemned later as disastrously dangerous. Only 51 skiers out of 89 stay to finish. One ski-bird paid with his life. The star of the meet accomplishes some believe-it-or-not feats to emerge winner. Some serious skiing bloopers. Skiers fly up in the air (they're not ski JUMPERS, mind you) and crash in various ways, one into a crowd of onlookers. Wipeouts galore. Spectators include young women, one wearing sunglasses.
