The air is filled with the sound of babies crying. M/S of a baby sitting at table being tended to by a nurse. A doctor also sitting down examines the baby, much to the annoyance of the child who wont stop screaming ! He is finally handed back to his mother. Several shots of the doctor examining other equally distressed babies. Group shots of babies with their mother posing for the cameras. They seem much happier now. The mothers keep them content by talking to them. M/S of baby nearly falling over in surprise (he looks quite cute) when a mother shakes a rattle in his face. "Cheerful and tearful, little blobs of cuddle to brighten up this tough old world with their funny little ways." Group shots of the babies. One baby turns round and pushes another over !
