As Dr. Carruthers, Bela Lugosi gets revenge by giving out samples of his special shaving lotion. The aroma attracts his giant bat, usually kept in his secret lab. Bat flying through air at night. A wonderfully ridiculous chiller from the cheapest studio in the business. Bela says a cheery good-bye to his victims after making sure they sample his lotion. Mad scientists. Horror film.
