Lord Mayor and a priest standing behind Union Jack draped along high table; with a white cloth covering the monument at left. Lord M. removes his ridiculous black feathered hat. Another priest standing with the Lord M. and the first priest. Someone pulls a cord and the sheet falls from the memorial monument; about 12 ft high white obelisk with cross and circle emblem on top.
