Several shots show knife-thrower Martin Collins throwing knives at his 17-year-old daughter, Agnes, in their garden. Agnes manages to smile throughout; although does blink rather hard as each knife slices into the board by her body and head. Martin then throws knives at Agnes as she stands sideways against the board; the film is slowed down slightly so we see the blades spinning through the air. We then see Martin in the sweet shop he bought his wife as a thank you present for being his 'target' for twenty-one years (Agnes took over when Mrs Collins retired). Mrs Collins hands an ice cream to a small boy and takes his money. Good shots, though brief. | |
