ROBERTS-the young CONSERVATIVE REPUBLICANS are not known for "indirection". Series of shots of Congressmen including NEWT GINGRICH. C/S CONABLE, says the young Republicans loathe Compromise, somewhat scornful of this attitude in legislation. Rep. EDWARDS says Compromise is the key to getting anything done. C/S Rep.
