After years of grinding study, middies, air force men and army Cadets get their coveted parchments. President Kennedy addresses the class at West Point, while Vice-President Johnson does the honors at the air force academy and Secretary of the Navy Fred North attends another ceremony. Air Force cadet saluting, then receiving diploma from Vice-President Johnson. President Kennedy attends ceremony, and speaks to graduates. President Kennedy flubs up speech, stutters. Kennedy receives honorary member of the class of '62, and receives class ring. Graduates throw their caps up into the air. | |
