After years of grinding study, middies, air force men and army Cadets get their coveted parchments. President Kennedy addresses the class at West Point, while Vice-President Johnson does the honors at the air force academy and Secretary of the Navy Fred North attends another ceremony. Air Force cadet saluting, then receiving diploma from Vice-President Johnson. President Kennedy attends ceremony, and speaks to graduates. President Kennedy flubs up speech, stutters.
