| Description: | PREVIEW #98773 A promotional film for Riley Management Corporations and their King Arthur rental apartment subsidiary. Opens with LS montage of downtown Chicago and then-new constructions. Cut to a LS of King Arthur construction project, followed by a montage of a leasing agent showing a couple an apartment model: kitchen, bedroom,closets, basement facilities, laundry room, recreation room (two shots of latter, one when it's unoccupied and one when it's in full party swing). Other shots include a MS of man chipping a golfball onto the green (apartment complex in near BG)... a swimming pool montage (man jumping off springboard, women sunbathing, etc.) ... MS's and LS's of residents playing badminton, horseshoes, tennis, table tennis and golf; canoeing, fishing, dog walking, and BBQing (all activites are performed on the apartment complex grounds).... CU and MS of older man relaxing in a hammock on a sunny day... LS of young couple all dressed up and exiting apartment building in a hurry... MS's and CU's of office leasing group (desks, typewriters, adding machines, and so on)... CU of a gas pump meter running. These are just a few of the shots involved. | |
