MLS 2 female chefs working at candy factory, 1 stirring something in bowl; the other pours scoops of sugar into large kettle / pot. Looks like a self-contained heating unit. As she stirs the other woman pours contents of bowl into the giant bowl. MLS line of 4 women all stirring the stuff in these large pots. MS one chef pulls handle down to tip the pot over, pouring the mixture into a bowl which she & a helper carry away. MS 1 woman continues stirring the steaming stuff while other measures a dark liquid from bottles into beakers, adds this. Next the mixture is poured into trays to harden. Women picking up these trays & putting them on shelves. When cooled, workers empty the trays, cutting round the edges and turning them over so that big rectangle of candy falls out. Dissolve out/in: woman works by machine which cuts these rectangles. As they emerge on conveyor belt, the worker shakes a big scoop of white powder (confectioner's sugar?) Dissolve to women workers at table covered w/ the small candies & masses of powdered sugar. MCU 2 women packing tins full of candies. MS "star" actress or dancer sitting at dressing table wearing spaghetti strap dress w/ sparkly trim; tutu skirt; rhinestone hair ornament; holding a box of the Turkish Delight and looking delighted as she takes a bite.
