M/S of the famous dance instructor and owner of the club, Santos Casani, clinking glasses with a blonde woman then sipping his cocktail. Several shots of women modelling swimsuits on the dance floor for the seated diners. Intertitle introduces "the graceful and popular waltz... the latest, demonstrated by Santos Casani and Jean Mence". Santos and Jean glide around the dance floor as the band play a waltz. Variety stars Leslie Sarony and Leslie Holmes sing a jaunty song - "Billy Played His Old Trombone". The final act we see is rubber-limbed contortionist Daphne de Witt, slowly rolling head over heels across the dance floor. | |
