L/S of a burning tower block, men wave desperately from the windows and roof, several fire engines drive into shot, put ladders up and climb up the building to rescue the two men. L/S of smouldering tower, the fire has almost been extinguished, all that is left of the tower is a burning frame, the firemen direct their hoses at it to put out the last of the flames. Good C/U of Prince Albert, the Duke of York, presenting medals and a trophy to firemen in shiny metal helmets. C/U of the Duke of York chatting with two gentlemen in top hats.
