| Description: | M'LADYS GARTER Garters are handmade from suede then a garter which secretes a tiny powder puff is shown CU woman cuts out a tiny leaf-shaped piece of suede. CU she heats small stick of metal over a little portable burner. ECU she draws veins on the leaf w/ the hot metal. CU woman cutting strips of the suede?. CU woman sewing leaves onto elastic band. She holds up the circle of leaves. Then she picks up the bunch of strips and attaches this to the garter to make a little tassel. ECU holding up finished product MCU garter on womanÆs leg, worn just below the knee, & 2 inches below hem of white lace dress. MS bottom half of woman sitting on chair w/ legs crossed, pumping her leg; she pulls up mid-calf skirt to reveal a garter which has a little pouch decorated like a piece of fruit; she reaches in and pulls out a powder puff. Pan up; lady holding powder puff up in the air, then powders her nose. CU woman using the small powder puff. These people really seem to have had an obsession w/ powder puffs in odd places - several other fashion stories feature the idea. | |
