Next, man stands up, winding the long double strand around 2 sticks attached to a sort of rack; then he removes the sticks w/ the pasta on them. LS noodles on the sticks now hanging from poles; worker takes one of the sticks and steps back, stretching the bunch of noodles (really one very long noodle wrapped around & around) until it is twice its original size when he hangs it back up.
