MS of Paul picking up pot and shaking flour into board he picks up marzipan and flattens it on board and then he sprinkles flour on to it he then picks up rolling pin and rolls the marzipan. CU of Paul finishing rolling the marzipan flat now picks up the flexed pole which he now rolls over marzipan. ECU of Paul finishing rolling the marzipan flat; now picks up the flexed pole which he rolls over marzipan. ECU showing the design that the flex made on the marzipan - -a sort of woven look. MS of Paul picking up saucepan lid and pressing it on to marzipan to cut a circle in it. Paul takes away surplus marzipan . Paul puts cake on to table and then lays the circle of marzipan on top of it . LS Paul picks up another piece that is by side of table; he flours the board again and then works marzipan into shape; he rolls out the marzipan. This time he uses a small utensil to make little circles in marzipan - -this marzipan is of a slightly darker color. MS/ ECU Paul stamping out the tiny buttons from this "red' marzipan. Next he arranges the circles on a rolled out piece of white marzipan; he covers the whole thing a piece of white gauze and rolls rolling pin over it. He takes off white gauze and voila! it is now polka-dotted marzipan. He rolls the flexed rod over this to make pattern on it, then cuts a strip of it the same width as the height of the cake and wraps it around the cake - - which now looks very attractive! CU of Paul carefully joining the two ends of the strip together. CU of Paul bending over the edges of marzipan onto top of cake. he picks up a knife and with the end of it marks around the edge of marzipan frosting.
