M/S of an older girl placing a flowered crown in the head of a small girl, Lily Winterburn - it is a bit low on her head and covers her eyes! Nice C/U of Lily wearing the crown (at a more flattering angle) and smiling. "Thousands flocked to Hyde Park for usual "feast of Oratory"." M/S of a section of a crowd of men and women in Hyde Park; they are all dressed in a uniform and look like members of the Communist Party (?). L/Ss of crowds of men and women marching along the street, some carrying banners (most are unreadable on a monitor screen; one says 'All Power to the Workers').
