| Description: | MUSIC WITHOUT TEARS ! - Something new for the youngsters." "Mr Herman Darewski, the famous Composer, has just invented an ideal way of holding Master John and little Miss Muffet's attention at the piano and here it is -" L/S of Herman Darewski sitting at grand piano, he finishes playing and turns to face several children sitting on the floor. He asks them - "Come along children and practice." After the children refuse, Darewski has to use his powers of persuasion, he shows them a piece of cards with musical notes on. To make it easier for the children to remember all the notes they have all been drawn in the shape of animals (e.g. B = a bee and G = a goose). He then produces a piece of paper that fits over the piano keys with the same animal shapes on so "... now you can't make any mistakes." One little girl volunteers to play a song called the 'Blue Bells of Scotland'. M/S's of the little girl playing. M/S's of small boy playing 'Carnival of Venice'. | |
