	Description:	09:00:28:- CU of a patient's hand being massaged and rehabbed by an employee; cut to MS of same, revealing face's of subjects. Cut to MS of a young boy leaning in a chair, his right eye bandaged and his face being massaged by an employee; cut to wide MS of the same, then a CU of the boy's face. MS of another boy getting his arms massaged by a therapist (cute little boy wearing silver rimmed glasses, slightly cock-eyed, speaks politely and with much curiousity); CU of the boy as well. Wide and tight MS of a retarded young man drawing with crayons while an employee watched closely on; good ECU of the drawing, a baseball which he fills in with a yellow crayon, fiercely and with much pressure; CU of the female attenant trying to get a look at the drawing. High angle CU's of a little girl lying on her face on a therapy bench and receiving acupunture to her neck; MS's of same, including one of the male administering nurse talking to a producer offscreen about the process (in Spanish) while the girl and her parents are in the BG. MS and tight LS of several patients gathered in a large therapy room. MS of a young boy during physical therapy, tossing a ball back and forth with a male nurse until the boy tires; zoom out a bit as the therapist works with the boy's muscles by pushing him one way and making him stop the motion (would appear violent if not in the know this is rehabilitation); an odd toussle. Sideview MS of the nurse holding the boy's legs while he does a wobbly series of sit-ups; pan right to another therapist, male, working with a severe case: a boy, thin yet muscular, screaming to the sky in pain (very sad shot). Cut to to reverse angle MS of the sit-up boy doing push-ups with the assistance of the therapist; the severe case is in the BG, still screaming. 09:06:18:- MS, inside the lobby of the institute: several parents sit on a couch talking and waiting while a doctor and a nurse, pan right with the latter as they traverse down a hallway (very staged shot). Ext., CU of building sign, reads, "Ciren: Centro Internacional de Restauracion Neurologica"; cut to tight LS, then wide LS of same. The expanse of the building is revealed n a bright sunny day. Followed by other establishing shots including MS's of patients walking the grounds, an old man in a wheelchair being wheeled by a nurse and so on. 09:08:54:- MS's and CU's of a lab worker in blue medical outfit working with cell tissue. CU's and MS's of a lab technician working with a high tech machine, slicing tissue. 09:11:52:- CU of a computer screen relaying a color image of cell tissue (a microscope is attached to the modem). MS of the same, the back of the technician's head visible. CU of the operator typing on the computer's keyboard. CU of her hand operating the mouse and mousepad. Panning (R) MS of the laboratory, several lab technicians going about their daily business. 09:13:12:- MS of several neurologists in an operating room, performing an experimental procedure on a white lab rat (doctors are dressed in drab green). Cut to a disgusting ECU of the rat's head being stitched up (has expansive incision across head; very sick, very gross). Cut to MS's of the doctor's at work. Cut to a disgusting ECU of operation being performed to lab rat's head-- the head and snout are placed snugly in a vice while the surgeons cut and scrape an area of its skull. Appears to be experimental lobotomy. Cut to a MS of the head surgeon, still in the operating room, as she discusses what they are doing (speaks in Spanish); the operation continues in the BG. Cut to high angle CU of white rats in a straw laden cage. 09:19:54:- MS interview with Abel, inventor of a neurological program and employee of the institute. Good looking young man, very passionate; speaks in Spanish; a portrait of Fidel Castro is in the BG. He talks about new techniques and the program he developed while standing and leaning over a computer. Wide MS of Abel and a fellow computer operator sitting at a terminal in an office, both at work on separate computers. Good MS of Abel seated at computer; zoom in to CU of his hands on th keyboard.
