There is no commentary and the exact circumstances and location remain obscure. It appears that the bus in question went off a bridge somewhere in New York state, dropping about 30 feet, and burning. The first shots are of the accident sight itself, being under the bridge. A closer shot reveals the remnants of the bus, which survives only as chasses, a basic frame, and some of the engine block. They appear to be smoking. There are people around the wreckage. Close up of a man talking to the camera, but there is no recorded sound. Shot from the bridge of a car approaching, presumably along the route the bus used. A dog saunters out across its path. Cut to the POV of the car, approaching what is probably the point where the bus went over the bridge. It pulls up and stops. Another long shot of the bridge and accident sight.
