Various decorated floats pass by crowd, beauty queens waving from them. Next in the parade are local musicians. Indoor beauty pageant. Contestant walks runway in the evening gown. Two lovely ladies embrace; one of them is the new winner. Outdoor bullfight - only this is a fake one, so the bull gets a lot of hits in. The matador sort of hangs from the fence around the arena, looking dejected while the bull keeps ramming him in the rear. I guess that's comedy.
